Australian Alumni International Scholarship in Australia - 2019

International applicants can now apply for the 2019 Australian Alumni International Scholarship.

The scholarship is funded by Edith Cowan University.

The scholarship is open to students who have already completed an education program in Australia and wish to pursue a degree or degree program at the university.

Scholarship Benefits

Scholarship recipients will receive financial sponsorship amounting to up to 20% (percent) of their ECU tuition fees for the duration of the ECU component of their study.

Eligibility for Scholarship

In order to participate in the scholarships, candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
  • candidates must begin their studies at the ECU in a postgraduate or postgraduate degree program.
  • The candidate must meet the academic admission requirements of the ECU for the course of your choice.
  • The candidate must be scheduled to study in ECU Joondalup, Mount Lawley shield or Southwest shield (Bunbury).
  • The candidate must have taken one of the following Australian language courses at the time of the application: recognized English course (minimum 10 weeks), study abroad, basic university program, leaving certificate High School Diploma, Diploma, Postgraduate Diploma, Associate Diploma from VET Provider, Undergraduate Diploma, Diploma Diploma, Postgraduate Diploma or Master’s degree or AQF Award at Sea, having spent six months in a university Australian.

Application Procedures

The candidate can submit his application online. To be considered for the scholarship, the candidate must apply for admission to the university.
  • Candidates must be admitted to the university. If the university approves your application for a course in ECU, you will be automatically examined by our admissions office for this scholarship. No separate scholarship application is required.
  • No supporting document is required for the scholarship.
  • Applicants can apply via the University’s online ECU application portal in the chosen program of study.
  • Applicants must submit a 300-word research report and a two-page research proposal, as well as information on their work, academic background, qualifications, and references, as well as references to all publications in the application.
  • If English is not your first language, you must have proof of your language skills in English. This can be done by the IELTS academic test.
